The acubez™ 800+ is our standard, most-economic, compact, manufacturing configuration for machine tending automation, with a capacity of up to 10 trays of 500x500mm. This cost-effective and flexible plug-and-play automation solution increases quality and productivity of existing CNC machines. The acubez™ machine tending robots have a compact footprint of only 850x650mm, and are the perfect starter configuration to automate CNC lathe, milling and mill-turning, laser marking and other pick and place applications.

    The detectable acubez™ EOAT used for grasping workpieces and air blowing has a single pneumatic actuator of two fingers (parallel motion) and includes jaws for acubez™ gripper finger sets and slidable sensors for finger position verification.

    All acubez™ gripper fingers are replaceable and adjustable by sliding them in and tightening the relevant screws.
